At the beginning of every month, we invite all of our members to gather at a restaurants to have some good food and to relax and socialize in a safe environment.
We have vetted a few North Shore Restaurants, explaining that large and noisy groups of us may visit, wearing Keffiyehs. These restaurants have indicated that they would welcome our custom, earning our recommendation on our Keffiyeh Friendly list:
How It Works
- Anyone can suggest new venues to be added to our list of candidate venues.
- Anyone can join our Signal chat group and help organize the events.
- We aim to have an event on a day chosen from the first Friday of the month to the following Thursday.
- The particular day, time, and venue are chosen by polling the organisers. Sometimes we go to the wider membership for further clarification.

Fifteen of us went to Jordan Sushi for some Japanese.
Food was excellent and service was super quick! It was nice to see some new faces!

Fourteen of us went to V-Nam for some Vietnamese Food.
We laughed, we cried, we craved ice cream. So we went to Dolce Amore for some more dopamine!
December, 2025
Nine of us went to Yaas Grill House for some Persian Food.
The portions were huge! We ate and laughed until it hurt! We're not quite sure which caused the pain. The Sticky Wicket Guy was immortalized at this event!
