On December 27, 2024, as the world watched on, Dr Hussam Abu Safiya , director of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in Gaza, was abducted by the IDF, as part of their genocidal destruction of the last functioning hospital in Northern Gaza.
Dr. Safiya’s situation has been extensively documented. For example:

North Shore for Palestine fully endorses all efforts to secure the release of Dr. Abu Safiya, an outstanding humanitarian whose only crime may have been that he was too good.
